Manage Content With Google Keep

Google Keep! This note-taking app helps to create, store, and manage all your content. You can create categories, lists, memos, add images/sketches, pin articles, color-code your notes, and even collaborate with colleagues.

The interface is super easy to use. It is available as a desktop and mobile version. The mobile version has a microphone so you can record a voice note. Never worry about forgetting that brilliant idea that popped into your head.

Improve Strategy Through Google Analytics

Google Analytics is my favorite! It’s free to use and can significantly improve our content marketing strategy. I primarily use Google Analytics for conducting research or evaluating my previous content performance.

It allows me to see which content is driving the most traffic, engagement, and conversions. I utilize this data to identify high-performing content and refine my content strategy accordingly based on what resonates with my audience.

Boost Engagement by Using Canva

While there are a multitude of tools out there, Canva has become an indispensable resource for me. It’s a free platform that completely changed the way I create graphic materials to accompany my content.

By incorporating these visuals into my content strategy, I’ve observed a significant increase in engagement. Readers are naturally drawn to visually appealing content, and the graphics serve to break up text-heavy posts, making them more digestible.

Test Readability With Yoast

Yoast’s content analysis page is a fantastic resource to test the readability of your content. This tool is free and easy to access. You’ll copy and paste whatever your content is into the tool, and then it will score you.

The 60+ implies that the content is easy to read by most age groups. Of course, this is dependent on the content you’re writing. For instance, if you’re covering a difficult topic, your score may be lower than 60, and that’s fine.

This tool will also identify how often you use your primary keyword. This is important in boosting rankings in search engines like Google, etc.

Ensure Quality With Grammarly

Grammarly, in my opinion, is the foundation of great content due to its attention to detail. It is very useful for that purpose. The information that users want to read is entirely different from the information designed for search engine bots. A skilled content marketer is adept at both.

By making your material more readable with Grammarly, you may increase traffic and persuade readers to read it from beginning to end. A free Google Chrome plugin from Grammarly checks your writing for grammatical errors and readability.

Additionally, it can be applied to Google Docs, social networking, and a variety of content delivery systems. Grammarly relieves the stress of proofreading your work for grammatical and readability faults. Real-time content editing enables you to ensure that your writing is flawless and appropriate for the reading level of your audience.

Organize Ideas on Evernote

Evernote is a powerful productivity and organization tool that can be used for content marketing. With its note-taking, clipping, and organizing features, it’s an excellent tool for brainstorming ideas, researching topics, and keeping track of content plans.

Evernote also has a collaboration feature, making it easy to work with team members and share content ideas and research. It’s available for free on desktop and mobile devices.
